Over 6 weeks we dive into total immersion into  *Vortexhealing Tm Soundhealing, somatic unwinding therapy,

yin restorative yoga, guided meditations,somatic unwinding,breathwork and yoga nidra supported through live soundhealing journey of mantra music soundscapes with chidanand,to nurture the system into deep letting go.

All will be sent to you to work with ,within your own time and space. 
The live healings will happen at 7-8.30pm portugal time (GMT+1) weekly.
