Group Healing Course 7 Weeks

There is a great calling for embodying this awakening process through our humaness to reflect the fullness of what we truely are uninhibited free from identification to our somatic- psychological ,karmic , generational trauma conditioning. 

Within these healing  therapy sessions we will work with somatic unwinding, yoga therapy, and Yoga Nidra into guided Self enquiry meditations.intergration and catch up sessions . This deep healing immersion can serve as a retreat to nurture and open freedom within the form,release and heal the impact of awakening. 

We wish to support the awakening transition to transmute  through core holding and pain patterns.

Throughout the immersion we will unlock how our core separation consciousness and conditioning shows up and explore together how to create space within our form and relationships, within all aspects of our  life and way of living.
